Swimwear

According to Decree No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, swimwear belongs to the category of underwear items and is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

However, we understand that situations vary, so we offer a one-time size exchange or exchange for another swimsuit model in case of fit issues within 14 calendar days of order receipt.

Exchange Conditions

An exchange is possible only provided that the item: has not been used; shows no signs of wear, stains, or odors; maintains its merchantable condition; has all tags, protective elements, and original packaging.

Inspection

Upon receiving the item, we conduct an inspection. If signs of use or non-compliance with the conditions are found, the exchange will be declined and the item returned to the buyer. Shipping costs for an exchange are paid by the buyer.

Apparel

Apparel of proper quality can be exchanged or returned within 14 calendar days of order receipt in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights". Exchange or return is possible provided the item is unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
